6.    Description of the contract

Construction of the new sewerage systems in Albania coastal areas in the municipalities of Golem, Durres and Shengjin. The works include construction of pipelines and pumping stations and may involve threnchless excavation methods, such as horizontal boring and/or microtunneling.

The period of implementation of the works is 12 months followed by a 12 months Defects Liability Period.

7.    Indicative number and titles of lots

The works will be divided in three (03) Lots:

Lot 01:  sewerage systems in Perroi Agait-Golem and discharge to the Kavaja WWTP;

Lot 02: sewerage systems in Perroi Agait-Ura Dajlanit Durres and discharge to the Durres WWTP;

Lot 03:  discharge of Shengjini Sewerage System to the Lezha WWTP.
